The cosy boutique hotel has 21 cleverly designed rooms with unexpected twists and is focused on making you feel playful and at ease. The magnificent magnolia tree you see from the LivingRoom is reflected in the look&feel of the rooms. The closet, artwork and minibar are re-invented by the owners and their friends.

All (non-smoking) rooms feature a private bathroom with bath or shower, hairdryer, heating, flat screen TV, WIFI wireless Internet access, telephone, desk with chair and a fluffy animal to keep you company. All rooms differ in size and the available space is used to the max by introducing our multipurpose wall mounted racks for your clothes and other personal belongings (yes of course, some rooms do still have a large closet when you are not travelling light). And for the main artwork decorating the room, feel free to express yourself and make yourself feel at home.

The hotel is situated in a fin de siècle listed building, featuring typical Amsterdam stairs but sadly lacking an elevator. Don’t worry, though! There is always someone to carry your luggage to the room.

In addition to our regular hotel rooms, the hotel offers a number of additional options to perfectly match your needs during your stay with us.

For example, you can rent a fully equipped en suite kitchen with refrigerator, microwave / oven, stove and kitchen table with chairs. The room is then used as a studio well suited for a longer stay. Another possibility is to rent a room with a sofa (bed). For families there is a spacious room with an equally spacious bathroom, a double bed and two single beds for the kids, as well as a garden.
